Animal Farm - George Orwell The only word I can think of to describe this book is bizarre. I understand that the whole thing is a huge metaphor, but it's a little too weird to be enjoyable or believable. Basically, it's about how pigs are going to take over the world, which just isn't really believable. It was also rather depressing, in a way. Most books spread the message that humans are evil, and animals are good. But the message of this book seemed to be that all creatures on earth are either evil or give in to evil, so someday we'll all either be evil or dead. However, the book has some appealing parts. I have to admit that I like the quote "All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others."
