I love Scott Westerfeld's books, and this is one of his better ones, although it is not quite as good as the Uglies or Midnighters series. This book is the sequel to Peeps, although it is mostly about completely different characters. It's totally weird, but very exciting and interesting. Parts of it are a bit disgusting, though.
