Well, it was pretty much the same as all the other Looking-Glass Wars books––cool premise, creative, sometimes funny, sometimes terrifying. But as usual, the writing was a bit dry and the characters not extremely interesting. Also, Frank Beddor has this bizarre obsession with adding in "sound effects" at random and pointless moments. It'll be like "So they walked outside when suddenly … SHHHHHHOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMBBBBBBAAAAAAAZZZZZZZZZAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPKAAAAAAAMMMMMMAAAAAAKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!"And I'm just like … O_o um, wtf ??? What does that even MEAN? Can't you know, just use WORDS? Well, whatever. I guess it's not that important.Over all, I thought it was an enjoyable series. Not amazing, but good.
