A friend recommended this to me recently and I see I've already apparently had it on my to-read shelf for a while ... Hmm. Anyway, I'm a bit skeptical because I see very mixed reviews on it. Also the blurb's almost word-for-word similarity to those of [b:City of Bones|256683|City of Bones (The Mortal Instruments, #1)|Cassandra Clare|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1309277410s/256683.jpg|2267189] and [b:Anna Dressed in Blood|9378297|Anna Dressed in Blood (Anna, #1)|Kendare Blake|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1317793801s/9378297.jpg|14261925] is rather cringe-worthy. I might give it a try anyway, though.
